Refund policy

I gladly accept returns and cancellations. Any order cancelled before shipment will be charged a $5.00 cancelation fee or 3% (whichever is more), to cover the non-refundable credit card charges.  

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE.  Any claims for late delivery must to be taken up directly with USPS or UPS.  

Timing:

Contact me within 10 days of delivery date for a  RMA#.

Ship items (postmarked) back within 14 days of delivery date.

Package:

RMA# must be written on the outside of package, or it will be refused/returned.  

Condition:

Items cannot be: washed, worn, used, have hair on them, or have any added scents (including Febreeze, smoke, essential oil scent, etc). Scented items do not qualify for a refund. 



Request a cancellation:   Before item has shipped.



The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
