All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.  

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, except orders placed on Saturday after 12PM, which will be done the next business day on Monday.  

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping options.  

Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?  

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be done through USPS.  

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

Pink Pepper Co is not responsible for late deliveries, once the package has been shipped.  SHIPPING CHARGES ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE, FOR ANY REASON.  Any claims for late delivery must be taken up with UPS directly, or USPS if that applies.  We will always do our best to support you and insure the most timely delivery, but we are not responsible for any unexpected delays in shipping.
